Chief Operating Officer
Garth has over 25 years experience in senior management and engineering
positions within the telecommunications sector. His expertise spans mobile application development, wireless
transmission, broadband video and data access solutions. Garth has built an excellent track record of delivering system design and integration projects to exacting timeframes and budgets including major product launch and process delivery projects during
his career.
Garth manages the operations of the company and provides business and technology consulting to key customers.

Mark Loveard
Director
Mark has held a range of senior executive and consulting positions
within international mobile, banking, consulting and energy companies. Mark
has an outstanding track record of successfully directing major strategy,
marketing, technology and corporate finance projects.
Mark holds an MBA with distinction and a 1st class honours degree from
leading universities in the UK.

Mike Pratt
Director Mike has 15 years experience in commercial, sales, marketing and
technical roles with leading edge data communication companies in both NZ and
the UK. He has undertaken pioneering work in the commercialization of a number
of technologies including remote VPN development, ADSL and ISDN. Mike is also
an expert in advanced security architectures and has conducted a number of
significant security assignments for Synapse.

Keith Randell
Independent Chairman
Keith serves as a Director on a number of Boards and is currently Chairman of three. This follows a long career in Management positions both in New Zealand and Australia including as State Manager Victoria and Tasmania for the Colonial Mutual Group. He is the Managing Director of Business Behavioural Solutions Ltd providing consultancy services maximising staff performance to support business objectives.
